Appointment Policies And Terms
By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the policies outlined below.
Booking Fee / Deposit
A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to reserve your first appointment.
This fee will be applied toward your total on the day of service.
If your appointment is canceled for any reason, the booking fee will be forfeited—no exceptions.
Booking fees are non-transferable and may not be applied to another client.
If you have concerns regarding previous work, please contact your artist before scheduling.
Payment
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle.
Rescheduling Policy
All reschedule requests must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment.
Once a reschedule is requested, a new date must be selected and confirmed within 48 hours, subject to availability.
If a new date is not confirmed within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit is required to book again.
Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time only. Any additional reschedule—regardless of notice or reason—requires a new deposit.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service price.
A new deposit is required to book any future appointments after a no-show.
No exceptions apply.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Clients may choose to reschedule instead; however, current pricing at the time of the new appointment will apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee in addition to any remaining balance owed.
Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive on time, as appointments are scheduled back-to-back. Early arrival is not necessary.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
In these cases, the booking fee will be forfeited and no-show policies will apply.
Photos & Videos
Before-and-after photos or videos may be taken for documentation purposes, including insurance requirements.
These images may be used for marketing on our website and social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
Guest Policy
To ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination, no children, pets, or additional guests are permitted.
Drivers may wait in their vehicle for drop-off and pick-up.
Translators are allowed when necessary.
Refund Policy
All services are final and non-refundable.
